We focus specifically on servicing Apple products in home, small-business and enterprise markets. We believe by focusing our expertise on a developed, well supported platform, we are able to deliver you the best possible solution.

James Edwards - Managing Director
James joined The Random Group in 2007, bringing a wealth of experience from his previous role at a large educational institution. Dynamic and focused, his role is best described as a “technical manager with the drive to get things done”. James is skilled in all areas of Mac OS X, Network Design and Implementation, Business Management, and Drag Racing. (Even managers have hobbies too!)

Rob Grant - Senior Technical Consultant
Rob is The Random Group’s resident technical guru, joining the company in 2008 after departing from Australia’s second largest telco. With his excellent attention to detail, and extensive Mac OS X administration knowledge, Rob is an excellent fit for most organisations.

Andrew Proctor - Office Manager
Andrew is our resident beer expert, mail opener, telephone co-ordinator and scheduler. You’ll speak to Andrew if you call the office, as we’re often all out and about working with our clients!
