Joining The Random Group in 2007, and bringing a wealth of experience from his previous role at a large educational institution, James manages the operations side of the business. James is skilled in all areas of Mac OS X, Network Design and Implementation and Business Management. James is also our resident LightSpeed specialist.
Ben joined The Random Group in 2011, moving across into consulting, from a Genius role at Apple’s Retail stores. Ben was trained at Apple’s corporate campus in Cupertino, and has in depth knowledge of all Apple hardware and software. Having a background in running a small business, Ben understands the challenges that organisations face when their IT isn’t performing to standards, and is able to efficiently develop new processes, suggest new solutions or find a way for your IT setup to work more effectively.
Rob Grant 
Certificate III in Information Technology (2005)
Rob is The Random Group’s resident technical guru, joining the company in 2008 after departing from Australia’s second largest telco. Rob is known for his excellent attention to detail, and extensive Mac OS X Server knowledge.
Andrew Proctor
Andrew joined the business in 2009, and is responsible for our day to day operations and admin tasks.
